Benjamin Bat is small and not very brave. He struggles with a big problem, especially for bats: he is afraid of the dark. His big brothers think he is strange. They do not understand his sensitivity and certainly not the fact that he likes to sing. Singing is for birds and they are their sworn enemies. And when Benjamin happens to fall in love with the tropical songbird Sherida, everything changes. Benjamin has to stand up for himself and challenge his family to win Sherida’s love. An animated coming of age story with a musical look and feel.
